Ray's obituary is a beautiful tribute to a truly beautiful man.
Ray served on the City of Kearney Zoning Board of Adjustments for over 28 years, given his oath of office on October 26, 1987. He also served as Secretary, and as Chairman for 10 years, from 2002 to 2012. His thoughtful graciousness will be missed.
